How It Works

Our plan is to deliver to the entire Phoenix metro area.  It may take some time for us to grow enough to cover such a large area so please be patient with us! We will start in areas with the most interest and expand from there based on customer registrations on our website.  The more of your neighbors that register the more quickly we will get to your area.  Spread the word!!
There are a few easy steps to get started:

Step #2: Get notification when we begin delivery in your area
Step #3: Order from the large selection of products on our website. 
Step #4: Place a cooler on your front porch on the day of your scheduled delivery. 
Step #5: Get delicious local products delivered to your doorstep!

It's that easy!!!
All new customer accounts will be put on a waiting list until we are able to deliver to their area.  Our goal is to cover all of the Phoenix metro area as quickly as possible.  Please be patient as we grow!
Creating an account is free but we will charge for delivery.  You will have two options:

Option #1: Your account will be charged $9.99 each time we make a delivery to your doorstep.  This will be the default option for all new accounts.

Option #2: You can purchase an annual subscription for $199.  The annual subscription will get you free delivery for a year saving you over $320.  Along with free delivery you'll get an additional 10% off all Danzeisen Dairy merchandise (excluding food products) and free samples of new Danzeisen Dairy products.  You can purchase this subscription on our website by adding it to your shopping cart like all of our other products.
We will be picking up your empty bottles.  A $2 bottle deposit is charged when you purchase any pint, quart, or half-gallon Danzeisen Dairy product. This deposit is fully refundable when you return your bottles!  To receive credit for your empty bottles simply rinse them out, discard the caps and leave the bottles next to your cooler on the day of your delivery.  Your account will receive a $2/bottle credit for each returned bottle.
All payments will be made by credit or debit card.  You will be required to enter card information when creating your account.  Your card will only be charged after delivery has been made and empty bottle returns have been credited to your account.

 

Delivery

We will have you scheduled for one delivery per week but you can skip deliveries whenever you want.
Your delivery day will depend on the day our trucks are in your area.  We will let you know what day to expect delivery before placing your first order.  
We will have an AM and a PM shift for our trucks.  AM deliveries will be made between 5am and noon.  PM deliveries will be made between 1pm and 9pm.  We will send you notification that will include both your delivery day and time window before your first order.
Keeping milk cold is very important for keeping it safe and tasty.  This is a big challenge for home delivery here in the Arizona desert.  We will require that you leave a cooler on your doorstep before your scheduled delivery to hold the products till you bring them inside.  Please ensure your cooler is in good condition and can maintain cold temperatures as long as necessary.  We recommend you use ice, ice packs or something similar to keep the milk cold.  If there is no cooler set out or if a cooler is not cold when we arrive delivery will not be made.  In this case your account will not be charged for the products on your order but a $9.99 convenience fee will be charged.  We are testing out electric coolers that can hold temperature through the Arizona heat.  We plan on making these available in the future so stay tuned!
You do not need to be home when we deliver your order.  Our driver will leave the order in your cooler.  Don't forget to put your cooler outside on your delivery day!!
You will receive a text notification when your delivery is next on the route.  

 

Ordering

After you have created an account and receive notification that we are delivering to your area, simply log in to your account on our website and place products into your cart.  For each item you can choose which scheduled delivery day it will arrive. Items in your cart will be on your order so please review it for accuracy.
Yes!  Your order can be changed at any time before a set cut off time for your delivery day.  You will be notified what the cut off time is before your first order.
When placing a product in your cart you can choose to automatically add that item to future deliveries.  Any product can be set for delivery every week, every other week, or once a month.  This is a great way to make sure you never forget to order!
No worries! On our website you can choose to skip deliveries as needed.
